We’re looking for passionate, motivated, open-minded people to join our expanding teams across the UK. Whilst our registered office address is London, we are now looking to set up operational hubs in Rutland, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. 

​

We’re not a traditional, top-down organisation. Instead, we’re building a collaborative, self-supporting framework where everyone contributes ideas, takes ownership, and helps shape how we grow. There’s no strict hierarchy just teams united by shared goals, mutual respect, and a passion for innovation.

 

Because our approach is unique, there’s no fixed blueprint to follow, so your input and fresh perspective will directly help shape our journey.

We currently have opportunities across several key teams:

 

• Engagement & Partnerships Team: Reaching out and building meaningful relationships and collaborations around the globe.​

• Evaluation Team: Evaluating problems people have brought to us.

• Technical Research & Design Teams: Finding and researching new innovative technical equipment, processes and creating solutions.

• Procurement Team: Sourcing with sustainability in mind and building trusted supply chains.

• Logistics Team: Safely delivering our quality products on time around the world.

• Project Delivery Team: Forging relationships with local companies in the area and overseeing delivery, quality and commissioning.

• Support Teams: Including the following

  • Fund sourcing

  • Accounting

  • Legal Contracts and agreements

  • Translations

  • Digital marketing

  • Office management systems

  • International banking and money transfers
