Our approach starts with listening. We connect directly with people on the ground, often through introductions from British Embassies, the International Chamber of Commerce, and other trusted organisations to understand what each community truly needs.
By collaborating with innovators and specialists, we turn those needs into tailored solutions that are effective, affordable, and sustainable.
How we work
Ronella is built around collaboration, not hierarchy. Everyone involved plays an active part in shaping ideas and finding the best ways forward. While our registered office is in London, we’re currently developing operational hubs in Rutland, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire to strengthen our UK base.
Our work brings together several specialist teams, each playing an important role:
Engagement and Partnerships Team
This team introduces Ronella to international partners, listens to local communities, and builds trusted relationships around the world. Their insights help identify regions where support is needed most.
Research and Evaluation Team
They study local conditions, from weather patterns to existing infrastructure and analyse what’s worked elsewhere. Their findings guide the design of every project.
Design Team
Turning research into action, the Design Team creates detailed plans and realistic timelines. They collaborate with universities and engineers to make sure every solution is future-proof and adaptable.
Procurement and Logistics Team
This team sources materials and equipment responsibly, ensuring value for money and minimal environmental impact. They also coordinate delivery routes to keep carbon emissions as low as possible.
Funding Team
The Funding Team works closely with organisations and grant providers across Europe. They align Ronella’s projects with each funder’s goals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
Project Delivery Team
Finally, our Project Managers oversee everything from installation to completion. Whether using local resources or bringing in specialists from the UK, they ensure every project meets international quality standards, verified by Bureau Veritas.
